this is my first post. Thank you for allowing me to use this platform and ask questions.
My question: I have installed Nextcloud on my main computer. I have another computer which is in a different location. I also installed the Nextcloud there and it works fine. However, sometimes there is another user (my mother) on this second computer. An she should only see certain folders. How do you do that?

Typically, you have different users (on the computer and Nextcloud). So everyone has their own files plus the one you decide to share with each other.
Under normal circumstances you would have different accounts on the computer, and Nextcloud would sync per user.
If you share a computer user account, and you do a normal file sync in the Nextcloud client (not virtual files) you can select folders to exclude on that particular computer.
