anybody tried to disable the “idle mode”. For example, my installation clients are experiencing problems with a notice “Document idle for 30 minutes, click to continue editing” with “Reconnect” button when uploading 100GB files

anybody tried to disable the “idle mode”. For example, my installation clients are experiencing problems with a notice “Document idle for 30 minutes, click to continue editing” with “Reconnect” button when uploading 100GB files
