Nextcloud Hub 9 (30.0.5) - Slow Synced Files on Windows 11

Running Nextcloud Hub 9 (30.0.5) on a Proxmox LXC with Windows 11 24H2.

Photo sync via the iPhone app works fine, and browsing files through the web interface is smooth. However, synced files on my local Windows desktop (same network as the Nextcloud server, so no network issues) are extremely slow to open.

I’ve tried:
:white_check_mark: Recreating the sync in the desktop client and resyncing files – no change.
:white_check_mark: Copying files from a synced folder to a non-synced folder – fast.
:white_check_mark: Browsing folders in Explorer’s navigation panel – fast.
:x: But previewing files is very slow, and opening pictures, PDFs, or other documents can take up to a minute!

At this point, I have to manually copy files to my desktop just to work with them, which defeats the purpose of synced storage.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Does the sync client show that everything is synced?

If you have a large file structure, some report that the initial sync can take a long time, and as long this initial sync is not done, the navigation is probably slow.

Besides that, without logs it is hard to tell if there is some other basic problem.
