Hello folks, anyone knows if Nextcloud flows is only paid feature? not available for the open source version? what about windmill it is independent from Nextcloud flows or subpart of it
If available for free version anyone knows guide guide, blog or something to follow to learn how to setup and operate?

I don’t use it.
But since Nextcloud requires a complete Windmill installation, I would assume that its limits apply. You can find these here (select self-hosted and scroll down to the comparing table):
