Some or all of the below information will be requested if it isn’t supplied; for fastest response please provide as much as you can
Nextcloud version (eg, 20.0.5): 25.0.2
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 20.04): Ubuntu Server 20.04
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): 2.4.54
PHP version (eg, 7.4): 8.1 (same happened with 7.4)
The issue you are facing:
My NextCloud installation sometimes doesn’t show files or apps in general.
I can’t figure out when / why it happens, but it happens, seemingly randomly.
I can replicate it when accessing my NextCloud from outside, but it’s not an issue with my Reverse Proxy or Apache configuration, because sometimes it does work.
Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): yes
Steps to replicate it:
- Open NextCloud from any device
- hope that it works
- sometimes it doesn’t
