Hi There,

this is more a bug report rather than an issue. I did not want to post this on the Github project page since I do not have enough elements to test (and time).

Gmail integration works fine, however, for accounts part of the Google family (e.g. a kid-managed account with the family link), the big G API does not take this into the account and won’t allow the App password generated (on the family account) to work.

Does anybody have experience with this configuration?

If app passwords are not supported these accounts most likely rely on OAuth2, which is currently not supported by the Mail app as written here:

This explain . I’m not familiar with all the code in the project but indeed what you said make totally sense .
