Summary of the issue you are facing:

Hello,

For several days now I’ve been facing an annoying problem. Randomly, files are being deleted following synchronization with the desktop client.

The deleted files are random, the users are random.

I don’t understand.

The only thing is a reorganization of folders from the server but… I don’t see why that would delete files on the server.

I tried reverting to version 3.17 of the desktop client without success.

Many thanks

Do you have any file synchronization application like OneDrive? I was stuck on the same problem for a long time. What OneDrive does, for example, is remove the local files and only display them from the configured OneDrive folder.

Thank you for the lead but unfortunately it’s not that.

After several days without anything, again fihciers were deleted by the client lour of a user without movement on the server side.
