Nextcloud version: 2.5.2git desktop client
Operating system and version : win 10 64 bit pro

The issue you are facing:

User has shared a folder with another user, but whenever a new file is placed inside that folder other user is not able to see it and also sometimes if it does the sync is very very slow.
