Nextcloud Desktop Access Forbidden by Server

I have installed nextcloud on some shared host but sometimes find this problem, all is fine but when login in windows desktop client always error, it appears “Access Forbidden by server. To verify that you proper access, click here to access the service with your browser.”

I checked logging but there was no problem. I installed nextcloud 12.0.2
Any idea?

nice screenshots… but not exactly the output i was suggesting

so… if i’d look at your screenshots i see one thing… the logging says “user pxnij” and referring to your windows-client you tried to login as user admin… so both of the shots arent connected to each others.

referring to pic 2 - it looks as if you entered a wrong password… or such.

oh sorry, i dont know what u mean. No, as i mention above “(error that appears below because im forget the username, so there is no error log about login in dekstop client)”. Its a mistake because autofill from chrome, so i type correctly in windows client that my username is admin.

Did u know what it mean?
