Nextcloud Container Storage on NFS share Rancher/FreeNAS

Hello,
I have a FreeNAS server running RancherOS as a VM. I have previously deployed Nextcloud as a container in Rancher, but my Rancher VM only has 20GB of storage and I want all data stored on a my freeNAS shares. I would also like to setup basically two separate locations for each user on my Nextcloud server. For example, I would like a user to see something like a root directory with a sub linked directory called Shared. I imagine that means I need two shares on my freenas server, one for instance called Nextcloud and one called Shared. What would be the way to set this up? I want to have this correct this time. Also, I apologize, I am a windows server and networking administrator, but I struggle with Unix/Linux work beyond basics.
