Nextcloud client reaupload all files every time

Nextcloud version: 24.0.2
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 20.04): ``Linux 5.15.35-3-pve x86_64```
PHP version: 8.1.

The issue you are facing: Every time i start nextcloud desktop it scan the folder and report that all the folder need to be uploaded to the server!.. and at the end of the upload all software see the files as new added.

Steps to replicate it:

I sue resilio sync and nextcloud to sync files.
My backup software see these files always as new versions.

Hi @openaspace welcome in the forum. the problem you describe is definitely not an expected behavior. If I understand you right you configure two different sync tools on the same data set. I recommend you to simplify the setup - disable one of the sync tools and verify the problem remains. if not the problem is the other tool.
