Is it possible to install the NC desktop client within a Veracrypt Container?
Why do I want to do this? e.g. if someone steals my laptop, at least they won’t be able to access the data.

As far as I know, VeraCrypt containers can be mounted as a virtual drive in Windows. So in theory, it should be possible to place the synchronization folder of the Desktop Clinet in such a drive. Another and probably easier way to achieve your goal would be to simply encrypt the entire drive using BitLocker.
