Perhaps such a bug hasn’t been found because not many use it with multiple accounts. So consider reporting this on Issues · nextcloud/desktop · GitHub

### Expected behaviour
When clicking on client icon, we should have access to app settings.
### Actual behaviour
When several nextcloud accounts are set up (6 in my case), access to the application settings is impossible, it is impossible to "scroll" to reach the settings menu. It is also no longer possible to quit the application.
### Steps to reproduce
1. Set up at least 6 accounts in synchronization
2. reach the settings menu or quit the application

Client version: Nextcloud-3.4.3
Operating system: Mac OS Monterey 12.2.1
OS language: French
Qt version used by client package (Linux only, see also Settings dialog): /
Client package (From Nextcloud or distro) (Linux only): /
Installation path of client: Macintosh HD/Applications/Nextcloud.app

### Logs
1. Client logfile: Sorry but impossible because the settings menu is inaccessible!
3. Web server error log: useless
4. Server logfile: nextcloud log (data/nextcloud.log): useless
