Nextcloud cannot be accessed, network reset

Nextcloud version (eg, 18.0.2): 18.0.3
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 20.04): Raspbian 10 buster (Nextcloudpi)
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): 2.4.38
PHP version (eg, 7.1): 7.3.14

The issue you are facing:
My nextcloud keeps randomly having errors while accessing the website, says ERR_CONNECTION_RESET.

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): No

Steps to replicate it:
I have no idea, but it only happens when i try accessing it using the external ip. Temporarily fixes itself when i use the UPnP tool.

The output of your Nextcloud log in Admin > Logging:

This is the only error code i recieved today, I'm pretty sure it doesn't have anything to do with this error.

Because it sometimes works (your first pasted log) you have perhaps have a general problem with your server like space, cpu, …

Ok. Perhaps there is a network problem. Can you test with another client?
Also perhaps you can install on the server a desktop environment or window manager and use nextcloud local.

Yes, i tried it with my home computer running apache, and it runs okay

No. Run a Browser on your Nextcloud. Ok with NextcloudPi on Pi perhaps a problem
I think it is a Pi and NextcloudPi - problem.
