I ordered my Nextcloud Box on December 13th. Two days later I got an email that my delivery is delayed, but in the store it is still listed as “in stock”. So what’s the problem and how long will it be delayed? By the way, there is no possibility to contact Western Digital, if you don’t know the serial number of your device.
