Nextcloud application transfer

I moved my nextcloud application without changing than to a completely new server. The files and permissions and the file owners remained the same. There is nothing in the apache2 server logos that there are any errors and the application is not working. An error is displayed.The new server is on debian and the previous one was on ubuntu.

I do not move the base, it stays on the same machine, i.e. the external one.

I did it according to this instruction, but it still doesn’t work.
