# Nextcloud app ios notification disappeared

Hi,  
in my ios-app for nextcloud the notifications menu entry is disappeared.  
So I can’t use the 2fa function anymore.  
Can someone helps me?

Yes. This is a problem.

Is there a way around this? Is the notification hidden under some other menu?

Please advice.

No, I haven’t found it anywhere. But I have chose another solution for the case that you need only an app for 2fa.  
I updated the nextcloud to the newest version, installed the nextcloud app “Two-Factor TOTP Provider” and on the smartphone the app “freeotp”. This combination works very fine.

Is this a bug in the ios app? In the android version, notification is there.

I don’t know. Until recently the notifications in the ios-app are still there… Perhaps the last update of the nc-app changed it.
