Nextcloud Android App (3.18.1) looks like Nextcloud website

Hi,

I’m setting up a new Android phone and just installed the latest Nextcloud app (3.18.1). After logging in, however, I am not greeted with the known app layout, but with a view that looks exactly like Nextcloud site. The problem here is that this does not allow me to synchronise my calenders.

My Nextcloud server is 22.2.3.

I have found a relevant post (Client looks weird), my issues are exactly the same but a solution was not posted. I have no idea how to follow up on the final hint, I have setup synchronisation successfully in the past.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

After some more fiddling, I realised that the two-factor authentication was the source.
Creating an access token for the app was the solution.
