I use nextcloud with a raspberry pi3. I also have a dac + hifiberry audio card on the raspberry pi3.
Is it possible and how can I listen to my music on this audio card?

no, with the music app you can play music in your browser. There is no app where you can let the server play music directly. Aren’t there tools from hifiberry? You could then just use nextcloud as storage.
