Hi all, ## The Basics - Nextcloud Server version: - **31.0.2.1** - Operating system and version: - Debian 12 - Web server and version: - not sure, it should be latest - Reverse proxy and version: - none - PHP version: - 8.3 - Is this the first time you’ve seen this error?: - Yes - When did this problem seem to first start? - two days ago (07 April 2025) - Installation method: - AIO - Are you using CloudfIare, mod\_security, or similar? - No ### Summary of the issue you are facing: I am facing problems since the last update of my AIO setup. As far as I can see, everything is setup correctly but when I try to connect to the server via browser or app, it is not available. Before updating my containers, everything was running fine. ### Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!): 1. Hi, it looks like something went wrong during the update and the Apache container didn’t start properly. I’ve had similar issues in the past, so I created a simple and reliable update routine that has consistently worked 100% for me. I always verify the result using **Portainer** , where I can clearly see that all the Nextcloud AIO containers have started successfully after the update. Hi @vawaver, first of all thanks a lot for the reply, I believe this will definitely help me in maintaining my nextcloud setup! Sadly, I couldn’t resolve my issue by following the steps you provided. All containers are healthy. I did stop and remove them anyways, even downloaded the images again, but that doesn’t seem to be the problem. I wonder if I generated the issue with the command that I used to start the AIO. I was trying to improve speed for storing videos on my setup, maybe I f\*cked something up by trying to change things. I don’t use direct `docker` commands to start containers — I prefer managing everything through `docker compose up -d` using a `docker-compose.yml` file. That gives me more control and transparency over the setup.
