Nextcloud access problems after last few days server upgrade

Hi, logging on to https://mark.nl.tab.digital/ in a web browser generates the following error 60-80% of the time:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator if this error reappears multiple times, please include the technical details below in your report.
More details can be found in the server log.

Where can I find the ā€œserver logā€ for more info? I suspect though that ā€œserver logsā€ are probably not available for me to view as a user.

Also, the windows client app sometimes syncs ok, with a green tick in the system tray, then after a some minutes a red circle with a white cross shows up instead, when opening the link with the error, I get following web page:

The server was unable to complete your request.

If this happens again, please send the technical details below to the server administrator.

More details can be found in the server log.

Technical details

  • Remote Address: (my external IP)
  • Request ID: 7YrJM7woajMQwDV3IjSy

Then it can stay like that with a red circle with cross for a while, then turns to a grey nextcloud icon. If I reboot my PC, it will turn green again for a few minutes, then back to cycle described.

I also cannot connect with the android app, I get ā€œMalformed server configurationā€ using my net address ā€œhttps://mark.nl.tab.digital/ā€

This started happening after some update that has been rolled out the last few days (web displayed ā€œUpdate in progressā€ or something like that)

See screenshot of error in windows client app:

Anyone else experiencing this, and itā€™s an issue already looked into as this happened after the server upgrade(s)?

Please advice/help anyone! I am using https://mark.nl.tab.digital/ and have a free account.

Thanks!
Eirik

The message points to the webserverā€™s log f.ex. /var/log/apache2/access.log as root (administrator), if the web server is Apache.

The server isnā€™t mine. Itā€™s one of the server asresses provided when signing up for a free account, so I have no access to it other than logging on as a ā€œplebā€ user.

You need to contact the server administrator, as a user you canā€™t do more than that.
