There is a Nextcloud server (version 33.0.7). An issue has arisen when downloading certain files dating back to 2023. In the Windows 11 client and the Google Chrome browser, the following message appears: “Cannot decrypt this file, probably this is a shared file. Please ask the file owner to reshare the file with you.” Operating System: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS Nextcloud 33.0.7 php -v PHP 8.2.29 (cli) (built: Jul 3 2025 13:08:18) (NTS) apache2 -v Server version: Apache/2.4.63 (Ubuntu) An attempt was made to remove and reconfigure the data sharing, but this did not resolve the issue. The server was not rebooted after the Nextcloud installation was updated. ---
