The issue you are facing:

Steps to replicate it:
- after installation of the Nextcloud client 3.2 the nextcloud icon is not available in the navigation bar
- after disabling the new virtuelle file mechanism the icon in the navigation bar is appearing again
- enabling back, the icon and this short access possibility is directly disappearing.
