Nextcloud 26 - Photos are still sorted by modified date?

Hi.
Just downloaded v26 and to my surprise photos are still sorted by modified date, and not by created /taken date. As they should be.
It is still not possible to search in Metadata.
Which renders the application useless.

I installed Memories to remediate some of this, but unfortunately I cannot search in Metadata there either.

Am I missing something?
