Nextcloud 25.0.3 failing to generate oauth2 values

Nextcloud version : 25.0.3
Operating system and version : Ubuntu 20.04
Apache : 2.4.25
PHP version : 7.4

The issue I am facing: Nextcloud 25.0.3 failing to generate OAuth2 values while I am trying to integrate Openproject

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? : Yes

Steps to replicate it:

1. Add Openproject in the APP section
2. Configure the APP in Administration Settings / Administration / Openproject
3. Add OAuth keys from Openproject and submit in Step @ of the process
4. Step 3 does not get enabled in which Nextcloud generates OAuth codes to be entered in Openproject

Previous to this error, it was saving and moving to Step 3, where it would display BLANK OAuth values which we cannot copy and proceed to the next step.
