i encountered this issue on 20.0.7snap1. it seems to happen when the collabora online app gets enabled. interesting enough it was working fine for me until Sunday 21st. Monday 22nd is when I started encountering this issue

I can also confirm, that with snap 2 I was able to reactivate collabora and had no issues with the new version. The problem seems to be solved. Thanks to everyone who worked on it!!!

Hello,

Same problem here.

Adding my public DNS record pointing to 127.0.0.1 in hosts file did the trick for me.
Seems that Collabora Online is trying to connect with local CODE through public IF.

for thoses running docker, adding the extra_hosts did indeed fix the loading issue (but there will be others issues Bug with Collabora online with Nextcloud docker with the .examples docker-compose "fpm" · Issue #1164 · nextcloud/docker · GitHub) with the integrated CODE server
