Nextcloud 18 snap, when can we expect it?

Hi folks,

Currently the Nextcloud snap is at 16/stable. And the current stable release 18.0.1 is still distributed as 18/edge.

Is there a timeline for adding v18 to stable channel in snapcraft.io?

Hi,

I don’t know when 18/stable will appear, but 17/stable now offers 17.0.5snap1 as of 30-March-2020.

Perhaps the snap stable lags Nextcloud stable by one release? There could be some merit to this lag given the complexity of maintaining snaps.

The snap package does seem to lag behind all other platforms.
