NextCloud 13.0.4 - Integrity Check Failed

Hi, I am new to NextCloud and I am also fairly new to Linux, getting this setup is the most exposure I have had to it. It does appear to be all up and running with the annoying exception of the Integrity Check Failure Error I keep receiving. For reference here is a summary of what I am running…

Nextcloud version: 13.0.4
Operating system and version: Ubuntu 18.04
Apache or nginx version: Apache 2.4
PHP version: 7.2

When checking the list of “invalid files” it appears to list almost every file within the nextcloud install, I am unsure as to what to do with this, see below for a snippet of this output…

This is a fresh installation of NextCloud, no previous install exists.

Can anyone assist?

Issue resolved, found a second nextcloud folder with pretty much a copy of the install within the nextcloud folder itself, don’t know how that happened but snapshotted my VM, removed it and all is now well - passed all my checks!
