NextCloud 12.0.3 + Collabora

I have a problem with collabora… I can’t open *.odt file and still get the following message in log file:

Hope someone can help me and already figured out a workaround.

I followed this howto: https://nextcloud.com/collaboraonline/

Using nginx: https://icewind.nl/entry/collabora-online/

I can successfully visit https://URL:PORT/lool and certificates working fine

Nobody has an idea? :frowning:

You could check if collabora it’s really up and running on port 9988. At least the message says it isn’t or something it’s blocking the connection. Did you setup a firewall and forgot to open this port for internal connections?
