Nextcloud 11 Cant Access Admin Console

Have been running Nextcloud 11 without issue for a few months. Howsoever, just recently noticed I cannot access the Admin Console in the web GUI. Everything else in the Nextcloud web GUI can be accessed fine, but when I select Admin I get the following message:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator if this error reappears multiple times, please include the technical details below in your report.
More details can be found in the server log.

I am in the process of looking at the server logs through the CLI, but just wanted to post this issue to see if anyone is having the same problem.

Have you done an upgrade during those month of usage?

Also check which apps you have installed/enabled. I found that OnlyOffice app was causing issues after an upgrade. Once I uninstalled it, I could access the Admin page again.

Yes, I did do an install/upgrade on that app. I will try uninstalling as well.

ISSUE RESOLVED!!

OnlyOffice was the issue! Uninstall and now I have access to Admin Console.

You can now re-install it again and settings still remain. Glad it is solved :slight_smile:
