The issue you are facing:
We are 3 using Nextcloud on our server. We all facing some issues times to times but on my side my Nexcloud client has never worked on any of my computers (one laptop and one deskop all windows 10). I have tried already to uninstall and install the client again, cleaning the cache, install the client on another disk, sync only one folder âŠ
Nothing is working. The status of Nexcloud is yellow and itâs saying : âStatus not definedâ. The sync of my folders is telling âWaiting to sync, or wainting for one folderâ. But nothing is happening. The only thing which has worked is to upload 250 Go of photos but since they donât sync anymore. Eveything is working fine on my android phone.
Is this the first time youâve seen this error? N
Steps to replicate it:
- Install Nextcloud on Windows 10
- Log in using keycloak and configure folders I want to sync
- Wait the sync to start âŠ
- Sometime itâs asking me the E2E words (itâs working when I enter them)
- Nothing is hapenning after, Nexcloud status goes yellow and nothing get sync
