Nexcloud does not send e-mails with access to files I share

Hi all,

I have a problem with Nexcloud: it does not send e-mails with access to files I share.
Debian 10, NextCloud 17.0.1, ngix 1.17

Cron:
#*/5 * * * * php -f /var/www/nextcloud/cron-php > /dev/null 2>&1

I accessed the log /var/www/nextcloud/config/config.php
and there I found the logfile → patch to logfile

Unfortunately these logs don’t tell me anything, can you give me any hints as to where I might be looking for the cause?

At first you should upgrade your Nextcloud environment to a supported version, e.g. v27.x.
Next you should fill-in the support template and provide as much information about your environment and describe what you’ve already checked in detail. Additionally you should check your Nextcloud email configuration and if it is able to send-out test-email. Best would be to provide the configuration here.
