New users unable to upload files

I have had nextcloud running for about 6 mths now with 3 users all working just fine no problems, last night I added 2 new users and all looked fine ,but the new users can’t upload any files and sometimes get the message server not connected to the internet, this server only connected to local 192.168.1.100. can anyone point me in the right direction, checked all user and details seem OK.

Hello, just installed a new instance of NextCloud and installed an Admin user and 4 other users belonging to another group, just to let you know,NO users can upload files, what is happening with NextCloud? do we need a license or what.

I would love to help you but I was not able to reproduce your problem here.

You did not give much context; the support template was left empty and you did not provide any logfiles. That leads me to the question, if you are seriously looking for help or do you just want to tell us about your lack of success here?
In the first case, you should provide more information.

sorry about that, where and how do I get log files? I will be happy to provide.
As I have said I have run Nextcloud for about 6 mths no problem and 3 users (1 is admin)

just had a message from discobot telling me that new users have limitations does this mean they will soon be able to uploads their files?

You should read the manuals and the forum!

I still don’t know what your setup is. You still did not fil out the support template that you left empty in your first post!

I can only imagine that @discobot means new forum users and not new users on your nextcloud, which he has no idea about.
