Hi there - please excuse my total noobness - i actually don’t know how to find most of this info requested here but i’ve tried to give as much info an i could find. detailed explanation below. Any help would be SO greatly appreciated
Nextcloud version (eg, 12.0.2): NextCloudPi_RPi_07-20-19
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 17.04): Im not sure… it just starts in Nextcloud
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25):

I’ve run through a tutorial to get my Nextcloud setup going and come to the same problem on two occasions now.
This is the tutorial that ive used to get started - i really wouldn’t have a clue how to do it otherwise!
The problem happens after its all installed and i start uploading some data to the mounted external drive. It uploads for a few minutes, then the connection drops out / logs out, and when i try to log back in i get this
## Error
- Your data directory is invalidEnsure there is a file called “.ocdata” in the root of the data directory.
Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): Y
Steps to replicate it:
- Re-flashed SD card - Gone through setup, reformatted etc
The output of your Nextcloud log in Admin > Logging:
Cant log in
Here is the error on the Pi at the time of the log out / crash / death…
