The issue you are facing:
I can’t login via desktop directly on nextcloud or on my providers website.
But I am logged in on my android phone with the email adress which seems to be unknown on Nextcloud or my provider.

This is the first time I try to log into nextcloud via desktop after registering and setting it up.

I had to set up a new user account here in the support section also because I received the error message that my email adress is unknown.

I can’t paste anything here because I can’t login.

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Go to Nextcloud Portal or go to cp.tab.digital/
  2. put in registered email address
  3. receive error message that credentials are wrong
  4. Use the option to reset password
  5. receive no email from nextcloud or from Provider Tab.Digital
