Unfortunately you totally skipped the support template.
Since nextcloud does not store its logfiles somewhere in akasha but on your server, where only you can read them, there will be nobody in the world that can help you without further information about your system and the logfile entries.
You can filter a bit around the date you have experienced this error. Also worth checking, if the error happens frequently, you can check when it appeared the first time (that moment you perhaps updated Nextcloud, php version or something else…)
