New install can not use login and password

Hello,

I made a new installation of NextCloud but I have a big problem with it.

It is impossible for me to connect with the login and password “admin”, when I click on the button “Connect” I see the system that interacts and nothing happens. I stay on the connection field and I have to enter again the login and password.

Do you have an idea ? I searched for a long time that day without finding a solution …

server info
php 7.3.8
mysql 5.7.27
apache 2.2.15
