With this feature Notes will be great analog of Evernote.

You can also have a look at Joplin. Easy to use and the possibilty to add photos to notes and a lot more.
I sync my Joplin notebooks between my phone and computers through nextcloud.

the Joplin method of syncing files to NextCloud is weird. So too the file naming structure, I know it’s supposed to be security minded, but still, there needs to be a better way.
