Needed feature: Splash screen after login

Hi,

i need this feature:

  1. After successfully logged in, a splash screen (perhaps DIV overlay) should be displayed for a specific user group.
  2. The admin could specify the content (HTML code incl. JavaScript), appearance (CSS classes), behavior (closable or not) and the affected user groups.

Could someone do the job (via an app)?

And where is the “jobs” category ;-)?
