This morning my cloud was down with this message

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.

I logged in through ssh, and ran ncp-config > ncp-info and everything was surprisingly “ok” or “up” as you can see in the ncp-report below:

Hi there,

I had the exact same issue.

Unfortunately; I did not choose ncp-report and restarted the Pi instead. Now I can not even log in via ssh.
So please avoid making the same mistake I made.

hey there…

i had a problem accessing my cloud today in the morning, right after the autoupdate to ncp 1.10.0.
i wasnt clever enough to look into any log but i still could access ncpweb and found out that everything was shown as “running” and/or “ok”. so i took a move and rebooted my pi from the shell and it came back on.

I am not sure if it seems to be a bit slower than before.

anyways… dunno what caused the problem but a reboot help me (other than @firta4 )

I am having the same problem. A reboot just made it so I cannot connect to it through ssh. Any ideas?

I am noticing after the restart my nextcloudpi does not look like it is connected to the internet.

Nevermind the problem was solved after 5 restarts or so. I saw an error while I plugged it into my monitor that said “nextcloudpi failed to start dhcpcd on all interfaces”. But after multiple restarts it disappeared and connected to my internet and is now working.

I just “fixed” an ncp instance which, I think, had the same issue.
Here, the mariadb service (apparently) has been reconfigured after a reboot without executing systemctl daemon-reload , which means - as suggested - another reboot would probably have solved it just as well as executing that command (which I did to solve it).
