NC15 logout slow

Hello all.
On a fresh NC15.0.2 installation the user logout action is slow.
When I click on the “Log Out” button it takes about 4-5sec before logging out successfully.
During this 4-5sec Nextcloud is in state “Processing request”.

Nextcloud version: 15.0.2
Operating system and version: Debian Stretch 9.7
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): Apache 2.4.25
PHP version (eg, 7.1): php-7.0

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Fresh install NC15
  2. Log in with any user
  3. Log out

What browser did you use?
I don’t know why this happens but the logout time is different with different browsers.

Log Out is slow with Google Chrome (Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit))

Firefox 64.0 (64-bit)) seems to not have the problem.
Chromium ( 71.0.3578.98 ), just installed, is super fast.

Seems to be a problem (of my) Google Chrome.

All browser tested on my notebook with Ubuntu 16.04.

I find this as well. Not seconds, but minutes. Using Chrome on various OSs.

I can confirm this also. Veeeeery long with chrome 76.0.3809.132 (Muntatge oficial) (64 bits) (minutes or even simply don’t refresh page). Normal fith Firefox 68.0.2 (64 bits). On Mac osx

I can also confirm the log out process takes minutes to complete with any browser I use. Running the latest version of NC on a RPI

Have this issue ever been answered or solved?

I’m having the same problems, with NC17 but only while using Chrome, Chromium or Vivaldi (which is Chrome based).
No problems with Firefox.

All tested on different Linux machines.

I‘ve the same issue on several servers.

Ubuntu: 18.04 and 20.04
NC: 17 and 18

The logout is very slow and take 45 seconds. Some users asked me why. Is there any solution?
