NC12.0.3 upgrade problem

I tried upgrading to the latest version but now i am stuck at a screen with a greyed out Start Update button as below.

There is a template that you don’t forget any important information. Like this there is too little information to help you.

Kindly advise on the information that i need to post here so that i can get help.

said template @tflidd was referring to is called “issue template” and you’ll find it in your appshop under your admin-account of nc

Thank you for the clarification ,however how do I access admin account and I can’t login into nextcloud after I tried the update.
