Steps to replicate it:
After upgrading my server from Nextcloud v24.0.4 to v24.0.5 the personal profile picture is not shown anymore. Not in the upper right corner, nor if I open the personal settings. The profile picture is also not shown in the Windows or Android Nextcloud app anymore after a sync has taken place, instead the character avatar is shown, like “Tom Jones” → “TJ”.
If I open the user management contact pictures of other users are also not shown anymore. Strange is, that the picuture are shown if I share a file or folder or e.g. in the calendar app. Therefore I assume that the pictures itself are still available but something must have been changed in the server code which prevents it from being displayed?!
Can anyone else confirm this behavior?

### Bug description
