NC 17 : List Users from Admin account is taking too long

We have just migrate our instance from NC 16.06 to NC 17.01

The server runs on Ubuntu 18.04 64bit // PHP 7.2 // Mysql

Everything is running smoothly except the list users from the admin account (we have 191 users).

In Firefox 70 64bit on Windows is taking 55 seconds (with the appearance of the following message 3 times : A web page is slowing down your browser).

In Chrome 78 64 bit on Windows is taking 20 seconds (better but still long).

We never had such issue on NC16 and before.

Afaik they’ve just fixed some issues around the user handling. Eventually your problem has the same root cause, see e.g.
