Hello,
I logged into my nextcloud today to be met with an usual problem. The navigation bar has disappeared and instead shows a blue background with a button that says “skip to main topic” I already restarted my server, changed browsers and cleared cookies and it won’t disappear. It has made me unable to use my Nextcloud installation. Any idea on what may have caused this? I’m currently running version 19.0.0.12.

I was able to get around the issue which appears to be something to do with Nextcloud’s question to opt in to helping. Underneath the main window was a bunch of un-formatted information with a few Radio buttons asking about opting in to help. I hit not now on both and clicked what appeared to be my profile picture and it went back to normal.
