Name of folders with different languages

Hello,
we are change in the coming months from our Owncloud Version 7 (Win Server) to a Linux Server with Nextcloud 10.

We have a lot of team members. These are from different countries.

OC 7 doesn´t can multilanguages folder names.
Is it with NC 10 makeable?
