I am using the web version of nextcloud. Which installed in the var/www/nextcloud folder. I am updating always with the updater from the browser, on the nextcloud admin settings page.
Tested with firefox and chrome on multiple computers.
This was never implemented afaik…

Go to a folder with multiple files.

Select the first file of multiple files you want to select.

now rightclick on that selected file and choose ‘Select file range’ (see image)

Hoover over the checkboxes down to the last file you want to select and klick again
Works for me on 26.02
