Mtime wrong at external storage

All the new uploaded files in my nextcloud (11.0.3) get an wrong mtime 2 hours in the future. What can be the reason for it?

Thats why, if files are changend, the synchronisation with desktop clients runs not before 2 hours later.

The problem exists only at the smb/cifs external storage.

I’m situated in Europe (UTC+2), can there be a wrong handling of the difference to UTC?

Thank you for help an sorry for bad english,
best regards,
Edwin

check system time and timezone on your smb/cifs external storage

The external store ist the fileserver (debian 8):

root@fs1:~# date
Wed Sep 27 17:16:17 CEST 2017

Thats right and runnig with al lot of Windows-Clients

and your nc-instance?

This is a virtual machine, like the fleserver administrated py a professional. I have no terminal acess yet, I have to ask the admin and will do that. But i am nearly shure, the VM is well configured at OS level. But the admin ist not familiar with nc.

same date and time in host (cifs) and vm (nc):

$ echo -n 'host: '; ssh host date; echo -n 'vm : '; ssh vm date
   host: Thu Sep 28 13:05:52 CEST 2017
   vm : Thu Sep 28 13:05:52 CEST 2017

any ideas?
