I’m puzzled. A user is not able to open shared Excel files. Excel opens on a blank page. However, if I send the file by e-mail he is able to view and edit the content.
This behavior is only applicable to MS-Excel. All other file types (.docx, pdf, pub, etc.) work normally. I already tried different versions of Excel files.
I am not sure where to look. Any idea?
