Since at least November 2024 I have not been able to upload mp3 files.
I’ve recreated the upload folders etc
What changed?
It should be you to tell us. Did you upgrade the server at this time? Yes, which version? How do you upload, the desktop client, via web-interface, mobile client, did you change the version?
Any hints in the logs, did you enable other apps?
Is it not working at all, or just specific clients/users?
Upgraded server and client, using android client. Other file types work as expected.
it’s audio files that will not upload from the android phone.
I’ve check permissions etc.
Where would I get the client logs?
Client side app is 3.31.1
